Find the Login button in the top-right corner of the page. On mobile, tap the menu icon first.
Enter Your Credentials
Type in the email address and password you used during registration. Make sure Caps Lock is off.
Hit "Sign In"
Click the sign-in button and you'll be redirected to your dashboard. From there you can play, deposit, or manage your account.

Forgotten Password
The most common issue. Click "Forgot Password?" on the login screen, enter your registered email, and follow the reset link sent to your inbox. The link expires after 30 minutes.
Tip: Check your spam/junk folder if the email doesn't arrive within a couple of minutes.
Account Locked After Multiple Attempts
For security, Spinboss temporarily locks accounts after 5 failed login attempts. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or reset your password. If the lock persists, contact support using the form below.
"Invalid Credentials" Error
Double-check you're using the correct email — not a username. Passwords are case-sensitive, so make sure Caps Lock is off. If you registered via social login (Google), use the same method to sign in.
Browser or Cache Issues
Outdated cookies or cached data can cause login failures. Try clearing your browser cache, using an incognito/private window, or switching to a different browser. Make sure JavaScript is enabled.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Problems
If you enabled 2FA and lost access to your authenticator app, you'll need to contact support with your account details and a valid ID for manual verification.
VPN or Geo-Restriction Blocks
Spinboss is available in the UK. If you're travelling abroad or using a VPN, your access may be restricted. Disconnect the VPN and try again from a UK IP address.
